Combine all ingredients in a mixer fitted with a dough hook.Mix on speed 1(low) for 3 minutes.Then mix on speed 2(med.high) for 5 to 6 minutes.Place in a lightly oiled bowl and proof for 1 hour.Divide into 11 ounce pieces & shape.Moisten the top of dough with water.Roll into oats.Place in our silicone sandwich bread mold, cut with a razor, and proof for 20 to 30 minutes.Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes.

Rest for 10 minutes.Place yeast mixture in a mixer fitted with a dough hook.Add remaining ingredients, mix on speed 1 or low for 3 minutes.Then mix on speed 2 or med.high for 5 to 6 minutes.Place in a lightly oiled bowl and proof for 1 hour.Divide into 11 ounce pieces & shape.Place in our silicone sandwich bread mold, cut with a razor, and proof for 20 to 30 minutes.Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes.For Italian herb bread, add 7 grams(1TBSP) dried oregano.For herb and cheese bread, add 5 grams(2tsp) dried oregano and 75 grams(2.6 ounces) grated parmesan cheese.
