You need to prepare these: Gelatine 25g, Yogurt 300g, Whipping cream 300g, Icing sugar 40g.
1. Prepare materials
2. Soak the gelatin tablets in ice water until soft
3. Place the container (2) in hot water to melt the gelatin
4. Pour the yogurt and stir evenly
5. Stir the whipped cream and sugar until 60% fermentation
6. Pour the stirred whipped cream (5) into the yogurt (4) and mix well
7. Put into the piping bag and squeeze into the mold cavity (or directly and slowly pour into the mold)
8. The mousse dessert can be perfectly demold after freezing at -18°C to -30°C for 6-8 hours.
